Staff Analyst (Senior or Lead) – Boeing Defense, Space & Security – El Segundo, CA

Position Responsibilities

  • Provide support to all managers and over 1,000 members within the Electronics Capability team.
  • Oversee Space Electronics Lab access control for more than 600 employees across 16 labs, 25 badge readers covering approximately 100,000 square feet.
  • Develop and maintain the Electronics One Boeing website and sites for New Business Production Engineering and Programs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the Transformed Records and Information Management Program.
  • Manage and control electronics office supply points of use, coordinate Boeing 5 & 5S activities, act as the Iron Mountain liaison, coordinate interviews and oversee building facility maintenance and IT tools and services.
  • Manage all S24 and S25 conference rooms.
  • Maintain time‑away information including vacation, travel and off‑site status for the entire Space Electronics Capability organization.
  • Act as a travel delegate.
  • Provide general administrative support including event and meeting coordination and serve as backup to the Chief of Staff as needed.

Basic Qualifications (Required)

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Ability to obtain a Top Secret U.S. Security Clearance (U.S. Citizenship mandatory).
  • 5+ years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or staff analyst roles.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant business tools.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience supporting senior management and coordinating cross‑functional teams.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  • Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Preferred Qualifications (Desired)

  • 10+ years of experience in administrative coordination, project support, or staff analyst roles.
  • Experience in aerospace, defense, or related industries.
  • Knowledge of Boeing‑specific tools, systems, and processes.
  • Proven experience in process improvement and change management initiatives.
  • Strong project management skills with experience coordinating complex projects.
  • Familiarity with records and information management programs.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and managing high‑level communications.
  • Ability to analyze data and generate reports to support decision‑making.
  • Lean Six Sigma or other continuous improvement certifications.
  • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to mentor junior staff.
  • Experience working with the Electronics Organization.

    • Senior (Level4): $104,550.00 – $141,450.00
    • Lead (Level5): $131,750.00 – $178,250.00
