About the Role

We’re hiring servers for our downtown Charleston dining room at 333 East Bay Street. You’ll guide guests through an all-day menu built around breakfast, brunch, and scratch baking, run your section, and work closely with a kitchen that sends food out fast.

Our floor managers interview daily, so you won’t wait long to hear back after you apply.

What You’ll Do

• Greet guests and guide them through the menu with confidence
• Take accurate food and drink orders and enter them correctly in the POS
• Deliver food and beverages promptly and check back on quality and satisfaction
• Handle payments and close checks accurately
• Anticipate guest needs and resolve concerns before they escalate
• Keep tables and service stations clean, organized, and stocked
• Communicate clearly with the kitchen and the rest of the front of house
• Follow food safety, alcohol service, and company service standards

What We’re Looking For

• Reliable, on-time attendance
• Prior serving or customer service experience preferred
• A friendly, steady presence and strong communication skills
• Ability to multitask and stay composed through a rush
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and carry trays
• Availability for evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed

A plus: multi-unit or corporate restaurant experience, café or bakery experience, and longer tenure in previous roles.
