Key Responsibilities:

– Collaborate with the design team to develop and implement project plans, including concept development, schematic design, design development, and construction documents

– Conduct site visits and perform site analysis to ensure project feasibility and compliance with local building codes and regulations

– Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery

– Communicate with clients, contractors, and consultants to coordinate project requirements and resolve any design issues

– Review and approve project submittals, including shop drawings, material samples, and mock-ups

– Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior team members

– Stay up-to-date with industry trends, innovations, and best practices to continuously improve design processes and outcomes

Qualifications:

– Minimum of 2 years of experience in architectural design, with a focus on commercial or hospitality projects

– Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, and other design software

– Strong understanding of building codes, regulations, and construction processes

– Excellent project management skills, including the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines

– Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and clients

– Self-motivated and able to work independently in a remote setting

– Willingness to travel for occasional site visits and meetings
