Job Duties

• Data Entry of Import / Export Operations
• Prepare and send pre-alerts, arrival notices, invoices, and other notifications as needed to customer / oversea agents.
• Work with the customs broker and ensure timely entry and release with U.S. Customs.
• Follow up with pick up number and arrange trucking as needed to ensure deliveries are on time.
• ISF / AES filings.
• Maintain accurate shipment files.
• Any additional duties as required by your supervisor/manager.

Job Requirements

• Full-time (8:30 AM to 2:30 PM, Monday through Friday).
• Familiar with Microsoft office.
• Good time management skills.
• Team Player with good communication skills.
• Detail-oriented.
• One year of experience in Freight forwarding preferred.
• Bilingual (English / Mandarin).
• For local residents only. No visa / sponsorship.
