MICHELIN LEVEL CAFE.  Looking for a seasoned barista and matcha head of beverage director.  Coming from a Michelin recognized/awarded team for a new concept featuring single-pull caffe allonges and on-site stone-milled matcha.  Tencha will be imported directly from Japan, alongside with a specially developed lungo-allonge with the La Marzocco team.

Looking for someone extremely passionate, organized and willing / able to work on a nouveau beverage program that is both unestablished and requires a strong desire to grow technical learning.
