Metso seeks a Head of Customer Service – MPP Aftermarket to lead the global customer service organization across aftermarket sites. You will own the customer interface for quotes and orders, ensuring responsiveness, backlog health and high satisfaction throughout the end-to-end order lifecycle.

You will report to the Director of Global Aftermarket Operations, lead a global team, and travel up to 25% internationally as required. This is a pivotal role in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
