About Harvest Wealth Group
At Harvest Wealth Group, we believe in making our clients feel known, valued, and genuinely cared for. Our team operates on the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS) and is structured to support advisors serving individuals, families, and business owners through disciplined financial advice, thoughtful planning, and long‑term relationships. We believe great client experience is built on clarity, consistency, and accountability.

The Role
The VPC Client Advisor is responsible for the ongoing service and growth of non‑Diamond Team client relationships at Harvest Wealth Group. This role is both client‑facing and revenue‑producing, owning day‑to‑day relationships, routine financial planning conversations, investment management follow‑through, and appropriate sales opportunities within a defined client segment. This is a fully accountable advisor role—not a support position. The VPC Advisor independently manages client relationships, delivers consistent service, and grows revenue within their assigned book. As client needs evolve, this role collaborates with other advisors and specialists to ensure clients continue to receive the appropriate level of expertise and care.

Key Responsibilities
Client Relationship Ownership & Retention

Serve as the primary advisor for assigned non‑Diamond Team client relationships.

Build and maintain long‑term trust through responsiveness, professionalism, and consistent follow‑through.

Identify, develop, and close appropriate sales opportunities within the VPC client segment, including routine financial planning engagements, investment management, and insurance or annuity solutions.

Qualify client needs thoughtfully and involve additional advisors or specialists when a client’s situation requires deeper expertise or expanded support.

Client Meetings & Ongoing Service

Serve as a steady, trusted point of contact for clients while ensuring their needs are addressed by the appropriate advisor or specialist as complexity increases.

Prepare for and lead client meetings, reviews, and ongoing conversations.

Explain financial recommendations clearly and confidently in client‑friendly language.

Own post‑meeting execution, follow‑ups, and coordination with internal teams.

Ensure timely completion of tasks, account actions, and service requests.

Maintain strong retention across a book of lower‑complexity, higher‑volume relationships.

Planning & Investment Execution Support

Support implementation and maintenance of financial plans and investment strategies once recommendations are made.

Coordinate account changes, investment actions, and required documentation in partnership with Operations.

Monitor progress on recommendations and ensure consistent follow‑through.

Process Discipline & Documentation

Maintain complete, accurate, and timely CRM documentation for all client interactions.

Operate within established workflows, service standards, and compliance requirements.

Surface issues early and proactively rather than reacting after problems arise.

What Success Looks Like

Clients feel supported, understood, and confident in their relationship with the firm.

Client needs are anticipated and addressed proactively.

Client relationships are retained and serviced appropriately within the VPC model.

Collaboration across advisory teams feels seamless from the client’s perspective.

Opportunities are handled in a way that aligns with the client’s complexity and long‑term best interests.

Client meetings, follow‑ups, and documentation are completed accurately and on time.

Revenue grows within the VPC segment without compromising service quality or capacity.

The firm operates with clarity, consistency, and scalable capacity.

Qualifications & Experience

Active Series 7 & 66 (or equivalent)

Prior experience as a financial advisor or relationship manager in wealth management or financial services.

Comfort managing a book of business with both service and sales responsibility.

Strong communication skills and professional presence with clients.

Ability to manage multiple client relationships efficiently without sacrificing quality.

Comfort working within defined processes and service models.

Demonstrated follow‑through, organization, and accountability.

Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment and collaborate effectively when client needs extend beyond defined segmentation or individual expertise.

Your Leadership
At Harvest Wealth Group, you will be led by a leader who combines high expectations with high support in an environment that is constantly evolving. Elizabeth’s leadership style is direct, fast‑paced, and deeply invested in both client excellence and advisor development. While she provides structure, accountability, and clear priorities, she also leads within a firm that is actively scaling—refining service models, strengthening segmentation, expanding sales offerings, integrating new technology, and preparing for growth through acquisitions. This means clarity is always the goal— but the business is dynamic, and change is constant. Advisors who thrive here are energized by a moving target, can maintain strong attention to detail in client‑facing work during periods of transition, and are comfortable operating in an environment where growth requires sound judgment, adaptability, and respect for clearly defined roles and processes. If you value direct feedback, personal mastery, collaboration, and being part of a high‑performance team that is building something bigger than the status quo, you will thrive here.
