Job description:

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Customer Service Representative / Data Entry to support daily customer interactions and maintain accurate records across our internal systems. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys helping customers while also working with structured data and processes.

Key Responsibilities Customer Service

• Respond to inbound customer inquiries via phone, email, and internal tickets
• Assist merchants with basic account questions, status updates, and support requests
• Provide clear, professional, and courteous communication
• Escalate issues appropriately when needed
• Maintain a positive customer experience in all interactions

Data Entry & Administrative Support

• Accurately enter and update customer and merchant information in internal systems and CRM
• Review documents for completeness and accuracy
• Maintain organized records and follow established workflows
• Support internal teams with administrative and data-related tasks
• Ensure data accuracy and confidentiality at all times

Qualifications

• 1+ year of experience in customer service, data entry, or administrative support
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Comfortable using computers, spreadsheets, and internal systems
• Clear written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to multitask and manage routine tasks efficiently
• Professional, dependable, and team-oriented

Preferred Skills

• Experience with CRM systems (Zoho, Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar)
• Experience in fintech, payments, POS, or SaaS environments
• Basic spreadsheet skills (sorting, filtering, simple data entry)

Experience:
