A large utility company in Los Angeles, CA is searching for a fully remote Customer Service Representative to join their team! The candidate in this position will ideally be local to Los Angeles, and able to work PST. This role will be a 2 year contract, with a rate of $18 to $25/hour.

Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers via phone, email and chat
• Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about product, pricing and availability
• Work with internal departments to meet customer’s needs
• Data entry in various platforms

Qualifications

• At least 1 – 3 years’ of relevant work experience
• Excellent phone etiquette and excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work

Compensation:

$18-25/hour
