Self Regional Healthcare is seeking a physician to assess patients in the clinic and contracted facilities, completing medical histories and physical examinations in accordance with the medical plan of care and within own scope of practice.

You will chart histories and care plans in the EMR, close encounters within the time guidelines, complete EMR-generated tasks, and support the care team in achieving Meaningful Use measures.
