Job Description

Looking for an experienced Tax Accountant/Tax Preparer.

Successful candidate will have 3-5 years of experience preparing and/or reviewing multiple client tax returns per season.

Must have the following experience:

• Preparation of Business and Personal Multi-state returns.
• Preparation of sales tax returns.
• Understanding of Payroll Reporting.
• EA (Enrolled Agent) or CPA license a plus.

Responsible for:

• Review of financial statements for accuracy
• Computation of Quarterly Tax Projections
• General Ledger Review
• Coordination of workpapers and tax schedules
• Tax Preparation and Data Entry
• Detailed analysis of income and expenses for tax planning

Previous work experience could include: Work with High Net Worth Individuals – artist/musician contract review, royalty statement analysis, investment account review, general understanding of real estate transactions.
