We are seeking an experienced ERP Business Process Owner (BPO) to support global ERP initiatives and business process improvements across the Supply Chain organization.

This role will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and quality engineering to drive ERP system enhancements, manage change initiatives, and support enterprise-scale business transformation.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as a member of the Global ERP Business Process Owner team
• Support ERP initiatives including product launches, system enhancements, and global projects
• Gather and translate business requirements into functional specifications
• Plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities
• Coordinate with IT to ensure system changes align with business needs
• Support validation, compliance, and documentation processes
• Perform ERP impact assessments for change management initiatives
• Maintain process documentation and work instructions

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of ERP Business Analyst or ERP Functional experience
• Strong expertise in Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS)
• Deep understanding of Order-to-Cash (OTC), Plan-to-Deliver (PTD), and Finance processes
• Experience managing ERP enhancements and system change initiatives
• Experience planning and executing User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration skills
• Experience working in regulated or compliance-driven environments
