We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on Senior Marketing Manager to help drive growth for a rapidly expanding multi‑unit restaurant brand. This role will execute and refine the company’s marketing initiatives across digital, loyalty, content, and local store marketing while partnering closely with operations leadership to increase traffic, engagement, and repeat visits.

This position blends strategy and execution — ideal for a marketing leader who enjoys building programs and rolling up their sleeves to implement them.

Brand Strategy & Business Growth

  • Support and execute the brand’s marketing roadmap aligned with expansion goals
  • Maintain consistent brand standards across all guest touchpoints
  • Develop campaigns that drive traffic, frequency, and Same‑Store Sales
  • Analyze performance data and adjust marketing initiatives to improve ROI
  • Partner with Operations and Culinary teams to support product launches and initiatives

Digital & Loyalty Experience

  • Manage and optimize the loyalty program to increase retention and lifetime value
  • Oversee website, mobile ordering, and online guest journey
  • Improve conversion and shift guests toward owned ordering channels
  • Monitor online reputation, search visibility, and guest feedback platforms
  • Coordinate digital marketing efforts including email, SMS, and promotions

Content & Social Presence

  • Execute social media strategy and content calendar
  • Ensure messaging is authentic, engaging, and product‑focused
  • Coordinate creative assets for promotions, seasonal campaigns, and launches
  • Work with internal teams or partners on photography, video, and brand storytelling

Local Store Marketing

  • Implement scalable local marketing programs across markets
  • Support operators with community outreach, events, and partnerships
  • Provide marketing toolkits to increase neighborhood awareness and repeat visits
  • Coordinate with agencies and marketing vendors
  • Track KPIs and campaign effectiveness
  • Partner cross‑functionally with Operations, Finance, and Technology teams
  • Contribute ideas and continuously improve marketing processes

Qualifications

  • 5–8+ years of progressive marketing experience
  • Restaurant, hospitality, retail, or consumer brand background preferred
  • Experience with digital marketing, loyalty programs, and campaign execution
  • Strong analytical and organizational skills
  • Comfortable managing multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field preferred
