Role Overview
Adina Reyter is seeking a Senior Manager of Ecomm (Digital Marketing) to own the performance of our direct-to-consumer ecommerce business and digital marketing channels. This role is responsible for driving revenue, conversion, customer acquisition, and retention across adinareyter.com and all digital touchpoints.
This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on ownership and manages an eCommerce Coordinator, while partnering closely with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and Customer Experience teams.
Key Responsibilities
Ecommerce Ownership & Growth
- Own ecommerce performance end-to-end, including site revenue, conversion rate, digital merchandising execution, and digital marketing outcomes.
- Define and evolve the ecommerce and digital marketing roadmap to support business growth and brand objectives.
- Own the ecommerce and digital marketing calendar, ensuring launches, promotions, and campaigns are executed on time and aligned across teams.
- Lead digital marketing strategy across paid and organic channels, including Paid Search, Paid Social, Display, SEO, Email, SMS, and Retargeting.
- Drive customer acquisition, retention, and lifetime value through performance marketing and lifecycle programs.
- Manage digital marketing spend with a focus on efficiency, contribution margin, and ROI.
- Partner with agency and internal teams to develop creative briefs, campaign objectives, and performance goals.
Performance, Analytics & Optimization
- Analyze marketing and ecommerce performance to inform strategy and optimization decisions.
- Lead ongoing testing and optimization across channels, messaging, creative, and onsite experience.
- Partner with ecommerce and merchandising teams to improve conversion, AOV, and repeat purchase behavior.
- Manage and develop the eCommerce Coordinator, providing clear direction, prioritization, and performance feedback.
- Delegate day-to-day site updates, QA, and execution while retaining ownership of strategy, performance, and optimization.
- Establish site QA standards and governance to ensure accuracy, speed, and brand consistency across all digital touchpoints.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner closely with Brand, Creative, Merchandising, Planning, Operations, and Customer Experience teams to align initiatives and execution.
- Share insights, performance trends, and recommendations to inform launches, promotions, and go-to-market strategies.
Qualifications
- 9+ years of experience in ecommerce, digital marketing, performance marketing, or growth marketing.
- Proven experience owning DTC ecommerce performance and digital marketing outcomes.
- Advanced experience with Shopify, NetSuite, Klaviyo, and Attentive.
- Strong proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and digital marketing reporting.
- Expertise across paid platforms including Google, Meta, Pinterest, and TikTok.
- Experience with SEO, CRO, A/B testing, and audience segmentation best practices.
- Experience managing and developing at least one direct report.
- Background in luxury, fine jewelry, or fashion preferred.
- Highly analytical, organized, and execution-focused.
- Must be on-site in Sherman Oaks, CA.
