POSITION SUMMARY
As Director, FP&A and Business Partnering for Uniworld, you will work at the heart of decision-making — partnering directly with senior business leaders across our global brands to drive growth, optimize performance, and support Uniworld’s transformation journey. You will play a critical role in delivering insight, challenging the status quo, and turning data into strategic action that improves profitability, ROI, and customer impact. This is a high-impact role within a dynamic, PE-backed organization undergoing ambitious growth and transformation.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Business Partnering & Strategic Insight:
- Partner with cross-functional leaders to analyze business and customer data, provide financial insights, and shape strategic and tactical plans that enhance performance.
- Scenario planning and modelling for business needs including for example ship growth, new products, pricing strategies etc.
Performance Management:
- Lead on trading performance analysis and reporting including revenue, margins, and overheads. Prepare weekly and monthly performance updates with insightful commentary and commercial recommendations in partnership with the business.
- Lead on tracking commercial KPIs, measuring marketing effectiveness, and identifying opportunities for revenue growth and cost optimization.
Budgeting & Forecasting:
- Lead the annual budgeting and rolling reforecast process, cadence and reporting with the business and Group.
- Provide level of challenge, analysis, and scenario planning to optimize resource allocation.
- Prepare and analyze performance against plans and provide insightful commentary and visibility both internally at UW and for Group.
- Define and enhance set of standard reporting to effectively manage and provide visibility on business performance with senior management.
Marketing & ROI Analysis:
- Assess marketing and advertising spend effectiveness, model scenarios, and recommend reallocation or new initiatives to improve return on investment.
- Set up and continuous enhancement of standard set of reporting suite to track and report on business performance.
- Support transformation initiatives, challenge legacy ways of working, and drive data-led decision making across trade and direct-to-consumer channels.

YOUR EXPERIENCE AND EXPERTISE
- Proven background in FP&A and commercial finance, ideally in fast-paced or digital-first environment
- Exceptional financial modelling and analytical capability with keen attention to detail
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- Commercial curiosity and strategic problem-solving, able to challenge constructively and influence decision-makers
- High adaptability and resilience in evolving, fast-paced setting
- Track record of shaping business strategy and delivering measurable performance improvement
- Experience working across marketing, e-commerce, direct-to-consumer models
- Experience navigating change and transformation environments
- International experience and comfort working across different markets and business models
- Exposure to cruise, travel, hospitality, or leisure sectors a plus
