We are seeking an enthusiastic, analytical and strategic Sales Development Representative to increase the volume and quality of interaction and conversations with prospective candidates and clients by using a combination of technological tools, marketing procedures and outbound communication methods.

Job Purpose: To use various relationship-building skills and expertise to develop and grow a client portfolio and obtain new job orders with a focused purpose to improve sales goals and provide a high level of customer satisfaction.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Manage and nurture the relationship with clients and provide clear communication throughout the full cycle recruiting process.
  • Develop structured, purposeful marketing campaigns based on the target audience for securing new clients and job orders, and for attracting qualified candidates to fill positions.
  • Perform data aggregation and organization followed with outbound communications.
  • Set up news alerts from all primary job boards for all types of positions placed; disseminate those postings daily to the appropriate recruiter and track all on a running spreadsheet for ongoing marketing campaigns.
  • Make and schedule phone calls on behalf of recruiters.
  • Manage multiple calendars simultaneously.
  • Keep a pulse on new tools and technology that are coming out to automate as many duties and responsibilities as possible.
  • Develop structured, cyclical email and LinkedIn InMail campaigns.
  • Take compiled data and categorize prospective candidates and clients into narrowly defined groups depending on function, industry, location and level.
  • Consistently maintain, clean and organize the CRM and ATS database.
  • Set up automatic alerts/notifications on tools like LinkedIn to keep track of people changing careers and/or moving into new positions.
  • Gather CTR (click through rate) data from various platforms to better target people that already expressed some interest by clicking on previously received communications.
  • Manage company and individual newsfeed on various social media platforms.

Qualifications:

  • College education is preferred but not required.
  • Highly organized and strategic thinker
  • Self-starter and won’t take no for an answer
  • Phone skills / willingness to make high volumes of cold-calls
  • Effective in-person and electronic communication ability
  • High energy and ability to work on several projects simultaneously and methodically.
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Eats technology for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

Salary Range: $50K-$55K base, $65K-$96K total possible compensation with commission.
