Job Description
Working alongside the Director of Food and Beverage at The Peninsula Beverly Hills, we are seeking a Room Service Manager (Department Head level) who possesses a genuine warmth and sense of hospitality.

Key Accountabilities
- Support team member growth and performance through supervision, coaching, evaluations, and recognition initiatives
- Monitor product quality, service standards, and guest satisfaction trends; identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions
- Assist with marketing efforts and upselling strategies to promote food and beverage offerings and increase overall revenue
General Requirements
- Previous management or supervisory experience is required, including bar management
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a friendly and approachable demeanor
- Previous food service experience with the ability to perform multiple jobs within the restaurant
- Flexible schedule with availability to work weekends and holidays as required
