About the Practice

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our clinical team.

Position Summary

The NP or PA will provide comprehensive patient care in an outpatient setting, including evaluation, diagnosis, treatment, and management of acute and chronic conditions. The ideal candidate is confident in clinical decision-making, patient communication, and working independently while collaborating with physicians and staff.

Responsibilities

    •    Perform patient evaluations, physical exams, and medical histories

    •    Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses

    •    Prescribe medications and manage treatment plans

    •    Order and interpret diagnostic tests

    •    Provide preventive care and patient education

    •    Maintain accurate and timely medical documentation

    •    Collaborate with physicians and clinical staff

    •    Ensure compliance with clinical standards and protocols

Qualifications

    •    Active and unrestricted NP or PA license in (State)

    •    Board certified (NP or PA)

    •    Minimum (1–2) years of clinical experience preferred

    •    Strong clinical judgment and communication skills

    •    Ability to work independently and as part of a team

    •    Proficient with electronic medical records (EMR)

    •    Professional, reliable, and patient-focused
