F&B Marketing Manager

Description:

An established hospitality group is seeking a hands-on F&B Marketing Manager to lead strategy and execution for a high-profile destination in Los Angeles.

This fully onsite role oversees marketing across multiple restaurants, nightlife programming, seasonal activations, and large-scale event spaces.

This position reports to senior leadership and requires a highly organized, detail-oriented marketing professional who can drive traffic, revenue, and brand awareness across multiple channels.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute revenue-focused marketing plans
• Build and manage programming calendars
• Oversee agency partners, including social, PR, and paid media
• Coordinate influencer partnerships and activations
• Maintain websites, reservation platforms, and public listings
• Lead email marketing campaigns and CRM growth
• Oversee creative asset production and brand consistency
• Track ROI and generate performance reporting
• Partner with operations, culinary, and beverage leadership

Qualifications:

• 5+ years hospitality or F&B marketing experience
• Experience managing multiple concepts or high-volume venues
• Strong written communication skills
• Proficiency in PowerPoint, Excel, CRM/email platforms
• Familiarity with Canva and reservation systems preferred
