Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Loan Partner role located in the Los Angeles Metropolitan Area. The Loan Partner will be responsible for assisting loan officers with daily tasks, including gathering and reviewing loan documentation, processing loan applications, coordinating with clients and underwriters, and ensuring compliance with regulatory guidelines. The individual will play a collaborative role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring timely loan approvals.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of loan processing, documentation, and industry regulations
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with clients and team members professionally
• Organizational skills and attention to detail with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Proficiency with loan software, spreadsheets, and other tools to manage loan applications efficiently
• Ability to interpret financial data and analyze client creditworthiness
• Bachelor’s degree in finance, business, or a related field (preferred)
• Experience in the mortgage or lending industry is a plus
