EMPLOYMENT REQUIREMENTS:

– Business-level English communication skills

– Import experience highly preferred but will consider entry-level candidates

– Accounting knowledge is preferred

– Excellent organizational skills and ability to multitask required to process a multitude of documents and deal with shipments arriving in numerous containers

– Word, Excel

– Some accounting knowledge a plus since position may assist with accounting duties in the future

DUTIES:

– This position deals mainly with imported goods contacting the custom broker, arranging transportation and communicating with intended recipient

– Will track and monitor shipment from the time the shipment leaves port until the arrival at the customers’ warehouse

– Submit necessary documents to the relevant entities and report the delivery status and costs to the sales department.

– Create reports and data reconciliation for upper management
