MGA Entertainment is seeking an entrepreneurial, strategic, and business-driven General Manager for Little Tikes to lead the global strategy, vision, and performance of one of the company’s most iconic brands. This executive will oversee the full P&L, drive long-term growth, guide global commercial and product strategies, and ensure alignment across all global functions supporting Little Tikes.

The ideal candidate is a dynamic leader with deep experience in consumer products, proven success scaling global businesses, and the ability to partner cross-functionally in a fast-paced, highly innovative environment.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Management

  • Develop and own the global strategic plan for Little Tikes, including brand vision, growth roadmap, commercial strategy, and long-term business objectives.
  • Lead the annual operating plan, including revenue targets, margin improvement strategies, portfolio priorities, and investment plans.
  • Oversee the global P&L, ensuring strong financial performance and disciplined cost management.
  • Identify emerging market opportunities, category trends, and competitive dynamics to shape future business direction.

Commercial & Market Expansion

  • Drive global and regional commercial performance by partnering closely with Sales to strengthen market penetration, improve retail execution, and maximize revenue.
  • Guide regional teams on assortment strategy, pricing architecture, forecasting, and promotional planning to ensure consistent, profitable growth.
  • Develop expansion strategies for international markets, identifying whitespace opportunities and unlocking new distribution channels.
  • Lead senior-level commercial negotiations with top global retailers and distributors.
  • Partner with Product Development, R&D, and Design to define the product vision and multi-year innovation strategy for Little Tikes.
  • Ensure the global product portfolio is consumer-centric, competitively positioned, and aligned with regional needs.
  • Support Product Development in managing product lifecycle strategy—from ideation to post-launch performance—ensuring alignment with financial goals and consumer insights.
  • Prioritize key investments in innovation, category expansion, and competitive differentiation.

Cross-Functional Leadership & Organizational Alignment

  • Lead and influence cross-functional teams spanning Commercial, Product, Creative, Finance, Legal, and Regional Business Units.
  • Align teams globally around shared objectives, ensuring clear communication, strong collaboration, and seamless execution.
  • Represent Little Tikes within MGA’s executive leadership forums, communicating business performance, strategic priorities, and key decisions.
  • Partner with PD in Maximizing PD strategy across the global business.
  • Direct global consumer research, category analysis, and competitive insights to inform commercial and product strategy.
  • Use POS performance, retail analytics, and marketplace trends to refine strategy and drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure consumer-centricity is deeply embedded in all initiatives, from product innovation to go-to-market planning.

Leadership, Culture & Team Development

  • Inspire, lead, and mentor cross-functional teams supporting the Little Tikes business globally.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity, and innovation across all groups that touch the franchise.
  • Provide strategic clarity and development opportunities to build future leaders within the organization.

External Partnerships & Industry Representation

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers, distributors, and strategic partners.
  • Represent Little Tikes at key industry events, executive retailer meetings, trade shows, and strategic summits.

Position Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 12+ years of senior leadership experience in consumer products, toys, durable goods, or related industries.
  • Proven track record of full P&L ownership and global business management.
  • Experience leading product-driven organizations and guiding product strategy
  • Strong understanding of retail dynamics, international markets, and consumer insights.
  • Demonstrated success driving commercial growth and leading cross-functional teams.
  • Exceptional analytical, organizational, and executive communication skills.
  • Entrepreneurial mindset with a balance of strategic thinking and decisive execution.
