Director of Sales and Business Development

Gold & Aron Conseil is an executive search company. We are recruiting on behalf of our client.

We are seeking a Director of Sales and Business Development for a fast‑growing martech/adtech start‑up (100‑200 employees, funded).

Mandate

  • Drive enterprise sales and partnerships with major brands.
  • Own the full commercial cycle: pitching, negotiating, and closing integrated solutions that combine SaaS, creator‑marketplace tools, influencer marketing and paid‑social campaigns.
  • Act as both hunter and strategic account manager, building and growing key relationships.
  • Work with cross‑functional teams to upsell and expand existing accounts.

Ideal Profile

  • 8‑12 years in sales, business development within social media, influencer marketing, traditional agencies or digital advertising.
  • Proven track record of acquiring and growing enterprise accounts.
  • Familiarity with campaign performance metrics, content optimization, and ROI storytelling.
  • Deep relationships in marketing, advertising, or agency networks strongly preferred.
  • At least 5 years owning a revenue target and driving new‑logo sales in the influencer, creator, or paid‑social space.
