  • Building relationships and access across businesses, talent, culture, and events
  • Turning those relationships into structured partnerships and revenue

We are hiring a Director of Business Development to help lead, manage and organize our commercial expansion, with the goal to drive new corporate partnerships and exceed annual revenue milestones.

What You’ll Do

Turn Conversations Into Deals

  • Follow up on partnership discussions
  • Help move opportunities through the BD sales funnel
  • Support negotiation and deal structure
  • Draft partnership outlines and coordinate contract terms

Manage the Business Development Pipeline

  • Track all active partnership opportunities
  • Keep deals moving and reduce stalled conversations
  • Make sure every opportunity has clear next steps
  • Build a simple system for managing business development

Work With Sales

  • Partner with the Head of Sales to turn partnerships into sellable opportunities
  • Help ensure deals are profitable and scalable
  • Focus on building repeatable partnerships, not one-off deals

Represent the Company

  • Attend select industry events
  • Build relationships and identify partnership opportunities
  • Follow up after meetings to turn opportunities into deals

What Success Looks Like

  • Signed partnership agreements
  • New revenue from business development partnerships
  • Clear visibility into the partnership pipeline
  • Fewer stalled opportunities
  • Repeatable partnerships that support both domestic and international growth
  • Meeting defined performance goals

Who This Role Is For

  • 5–8 years of experience in business development, partnerships, entertainment, luxury hospitality, experiential marketing, or similar industries
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Highly organized and comfortable managing multiple opportunities
  • Professional and confident in high-level environments
  • Comfortable working closely with company leadership
  • Calm, disciplined, and accountable
  • Performance bonus based on partnerships and revenue impact
