Description

Under the direct supervision of the Clinic Manager and Directors, the Clinic Facilitator is responsible for completing a variety of administrative activities for thepatients, families and Providers in the Bowyer Clinic and Treatment Area. They function as an essential member of the patient care team.

Responsibilities include, butare not limited to:

• Scheduling Clinic appointments, chemotherapy sessions, and related ancillary tests
• Working directly with patients,families and Providers to provide information and the completed documentation necessary to assure quality care

Salary Range: $30.36-$43.49/hourly

Qualifications

Required:

• Previous experience working in a medical setting
• Knowledge of medical terminology and procedures
• Experience in the use of computers, and Word, Excel programs
• Excellent customer service skills, both in person and via telephone
• Ability to work and prioritize in a fast paced medical environment
• Excellent communication skills
