CRNA – Los Angeles County
Start Date: As soon as credentialed
End Date: Ongoing
Schedule: Full-time locums work; 6 month commit highly preferred; wmay consider 3 month commit
Shifts Available: 5×8 hr shifts: Monday-Friday, 7a-3p, 9a-5p, and 3p-11p; additional 10 hr shifts available; No Call
Mainly Care Team Model – Most providers will work their own cases independently, but if provider prefers a mix with more supervision, it can be arranged
Requirements:

* Active, unrestricted CA license
* Board Certified CRNA
* Clean background/malpractice
* Able to work independently
* AHA Certifications: BLS, ACLS
* 6 month commitment
* W2 employment
* Local providers or those willing to pay own travel expenses: No travel/lodging reimbursement will be considered

EMR: Epic
Types of cases: general surgery, orthopedics, gyn, ENT, urology, ophthalmology, podiatry
Malpractice Insurance provided
Rate: $235/hour
