L'Antica Pizzeria da Michele - Los Angeles
The Event Coordinator / Event Manager will oversee the planning, coordination, and execution of food and beverage events hosted at multiple of our locations. This role works closely with culinary, service, and operations teams to ensure events run smoothly while delivering an exceptional guest experience.
The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and experienced in hospitality event management with strong communication and leadership skills.
Event Planning & Coordination

Coordinate all aspects of food and beverage events including private dining, banquets, corporate events, and special functions.

Review and execute event orders (BEOs) and communicate details with kitchen and service teams.

Ensure all event logistics are properly planned including staffing, rentals, menu execution, and timeline coordination.

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the event process.
Client Relations

Conduct site visits and consultations with clients.

Assist with menu planning in collaboration with the culinary team.

Maintain clear communication with clients regarding event details, timelines, and expectations.

Ensure high levels of guest satisfaction before, during, and after events.
Operations & Execution

Oversee event setup, service, and breakdown.

Coordinate with chefs, bartenders, and service staff to ensure smooth event operations.

Manage event timelines and troubleshoot any operational challenges during events.

Ensure all events meet brand and hospitality standards.
Administrative & Reporting

Maintain accurate event documentation including BEOs, contracts, and scheduling.

Track event revenue and coordinate with accounting when necessary.

Assist with forecasting staffing and operational needs for upcoming events.
Qualifications
-
2–4 years experience in hospitality event coordination or event management.

Experience working in restaurants, hotels, or banquet operations preferred.

Strong organizational and time-management skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced hospitality environment.

Strong communication and customer service skills.

Experience with event management software, POS systems, or scheduling tools is a plus.
