Title: Business Development Manager

Direct hire, Exempt

Base Pay Range: $80,000.00/yr – $100,000.00/yr

Drive new customer acquisition directly in the U.S. markets.
Act as a frontline hunter to open doors and generate qualified opportunities.
Support onboarding and ensure successful delivery during the early growth phase.
Contribute to building sales processes, tools, and culture from zero.

Identify, target, and acquire new customers through cold outreach, referrals, networking, and industry events.

Partner directly with VPoSales and COO to localize and execute U.S. GTM strategies.
Build and refine playbooks, messaging, ICP definitions, and qualification criteria.

Ensure a smooth and structured onboarding experience for new clients.
Bridge information flow between Sales and Operations to ensure flawless early delivery.
Escalate cross-functional issues quickly and proactively.
Provide structured feedback to Product & Engineering teams on customer pain points.
Contribute to shaping our TMS/OMS/WMS product roadmap.
Maintain accurate CRM data, track KPIs, and deliver reliable forecasts.
Continuously improve conversion rates across all funnel stages.

3+ years of B2B sales experience in logistics, freight forwarding, or supply chain.
Demonstrated success in new customer acquisition with a history of hitting/exceeding quotas.
Deep understanding of freight operations (especially FCL, LCL, Air is a plus).
Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Comfort working in a high-pressure, fast-moving startup.
U.S. work authorization (Citizen, Green Card, or valid Visa).
