“Partnerships Manager/Enterprise Account Executive/Business Development Manager”. This person will be responsible for securing new U.S. brand client revenue by selling media packages.

Key responsibilities:

  • Drive new business and own the full sales cycle (prospecting, presenting, negotiating, closing), while hitting revenue targets
  • Identify and prioritize high-potential brands who would thrive on TikTok/IG/YouTube—and pitch them with confidence and clarity.
  • Develop proposals that are tailored to client goals and KPIs/OKRs
  • Provide strategic recommendations based on campaign performance nad market trends to identify renewal and expansion opportunities
  • Be capable of managing a future BDR to support top-of-funnel pipeline generation.
  • Learn and live MyyShop’s unique approach to TikTok and Influencer Marketing, and clearly communicate that value to prospects.
  • Build genuine relationships with potential clients, deeply understanding their goals and how MyyShop can drive growth.
  • Collaborate closely with our leadership and strategy teams to shape winning proposals and close deals.
  • Represent MyyShop at industry events, conferences, and client meetings, both domestically and internationally.

What You Bring:

  • Strongly Preferred: Candidates with 5-7 years of sales experience in sponsorships, partnerships, advertising, and media
  • Strongly Preferred: Experience selling creative assets and packages (influencer packages, short video packages, livestream production, TSP services, events, brand awareness campaigns)
  • Strongly Preferred: Background working with creators, influencers, and brand campaigns.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to creatively position unique products and opportunities
  • Self-starter/hunter mindset, with hustle and entrepreneurial energy, strong sense of urgency
  • Deep understanding on how to educate clients, build demand, and position media-based offerings
