Job Title: Delivery Driver

Location: Cypress, CA

Job Type: Full-time, Monday-Friday 7am- 3:30 pm (occasional OT depending on traffic)

Pay rate: $18- 20/ hour

Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and safety-focused Delivery Driver to join our Cypress team. This role is responsible for timely pickups and deliveries using a company vehicle, while also supporting light warehouse tasks when not on the road.

Responsibilities:

• Make deliveries and pickups using the Company van, planning routes to meet schedules.
• Process incoming items and pack/ship outgoing shipments accurately and safely.
• Verify orders against packing slips, invoices, or purchase orders.
• Perform data entry, recordkeeping, and other timely tasks.
• Work collaboratively and assist with other department duties.
• Operate warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, carts, scales) safely.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant warehouse environment.
• Support quality control by checking shipments and materials.
• Collaborate with lab staff to stage equipment and support workflow.
• Fulfill other duties necessary for smooth department operations.

Requirements and Skills:

• 3+ years of continuous professional driving experience required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license, clean driving record, and pass background, drug, and DMV checks.
• Ability to sit, stand, walk, climb stairs, and lift/move up to 50 lbs for extended periods of time.
• High school diploma or equivalent required; U.S. Citizen or Permanent Resident status required.
• Proven experience in customer service, data entry, or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel) with a typing speed of at least 40 WPM.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing error-free work.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to read and write English proficiently.
• Outstanding organizational, time management, and prioritization abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills to meet deadlines effectively.
