About the Role

Our Client is hiring a Senior Accounting Manager to join the Accounting & Finance department in Buena Park, CA. This is a full-time position reporting to the C.F.O. The annual salary range is $110,000.00 to $150,000.00.

Requirements

Responsibilities

• Prepare and provide timely and accurate monthly consolidated financial statements to the CEO.
• Support and review year-end audit.
• Analyze financial reports and prepare analysis reports for internal meetings.
• Prepare meeting reports for global meetings with affiliates.
• Review and upload IFRS closing entries (quarterly).
• Review employee reimbursement documents.
• Review vendor invoices, employee expense reports, and payroll-related expenses; post journal entries.
• Prepare technical memorandums documenting transaction and accounting treatments in accordance with US GAAP and IFRS.
• Asset management.
• Work closely with a non-U.S.-based parent company and other affiliated companies.
• Manage cash flows; review and approve cash/borrowing reports.
• Provide cash flow planning, analysis, and project budgeting.
• Coordinate and prepare company tax return and annual audit.
• Forecast annual financial reports.
• Review accounts receivable balances.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.

Qualifications

• BA/BS with a major in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Must have strong hands-on experience with SAP (required).
• Previous experience with a major corporation (required).
• Advanced MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) and computer skills (required).
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Korean (written and verbal) (required).
• Accounting/management background (preferred).
• Data analysis skills or experience (preferred).
• Minimum 10 years’ experience required (preferred).
• Experience working in a multi-entity organization (preferred).
