Immigration Attorney – Bilingual English/Spanish (San Fernando Valley)

Our firm located in the San Fernando Valley, county of Los Angeles, has an immediate opportunity for an immigration attorney.

• Experience and skills: Law degree and active law practice admission,
• 1-4 yrs years of experience representing immigrant families, in family-based, Naturalization, and Consular Practice immigration cases.

Drafts motions, waivers, request for evidence replies, and appeals to USCIS, EOIR and BIA.
• Enthusiastic candidates with less experience will be considered
• Fluency in English and Spanish,

• Strong organizational and communication skills,
• Must be proficient in legal research, and legal case management software program.

• Excellent research/writing and outstanding communication skills needed.
• Be able to resolve and troubleshoot complex legal issues.
• Organize, plan, and schedule filing of cases on a priority basis.

-Candidate must be able to thrive in a challenging and fast-paced environment, where deadlines are critical.

-Attorney will be substantially self-sufficient in preparing day-to-day handling of cases.

-The successful candidate has exceptional communication and analytical skills, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently as part of a team.

Salary is Dependent on Experience.
