Are you an experienced dental front office professional ready to grow your career into leadership? Commerce Family Dental is seeking a highly organized, confident, and driven Front Office Team Member.

Position Overview

This role is ideal for someone with strong dental front office experience who is ready to contribute at a higher level—helping lead daily operations, optimize scheduling, and support practice growth alongside the doctor, with clear potential to grow into an Office Manager position.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage daily front office operations with efficiency and professionalism

• Confidently handle dental insurance verification, breakdowns, and claims processing

• Present and coordinate treatment plans with patients

• Accurately post insurance payments and manage accounts

• Assist in leading morning team huddles

• Support schedule optimization to maximize productivity

• Collaborate closely with the doctor on daily workflows, monthly goals, and performance tracking

• Contribute to team accountability and a positive office culture

Required Qualifications (Non-Negotiable)

• Minimum 3+ years of dental front office experience

• Strong, hands-on experience with dental insurance (verification, breakdowns, claims, posting)

• Solid understanding of practice operations

Dealbreakers:

• No dental experience

• Little to no dental insurance knowledge

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous lead or supervisory experience in a dental office

• Strong communication and organizational skills

• Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Leadership mindset with attention to detail

Compensation & Benefits

• Pay: $23–$27/hour (based on experience)
