JOB SUMMARY: This is for an Aesthetics Med Spa. The Medical Assistant will support the medical providers by performing a variety of clinical, administrative and social media duties. The ideal candidate must be friendly, eager to learn, bilingual (Spanish), and very familiar with social media platforms.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Greet and room patients

Record patient histories and vital signs

Assist with procedures

Administer injections as directed

Perform venipuncture for test collection

Prepare and maintain exam rooms

Schedule appointments

Handle phone calls and patient inquires

Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations

Front and back office duties

QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or equivalent

Graduate of a medical assistant program

Medical Assistant Certificate

CPR Certification

Phlebotomy Certificate

Excellent communication skills

Proficient working with social media

Fluently bilingual in Spanish
