Your Role
As a Registered Behavior Technician , you’ll provide hands-on support and skill-building services to adults with developmental disabilities and co-occurring mental health needs. Working closely with leadership and consultants, you’ll help individuals build independence, strengthen daily living skills, and engage meaningfully in their homes and communities.

Key Responsibilities

* Support daily activities while ensuring health, safety, and well-being
* Implement and document Individual Service Plans (ISPs)
* Collect behavioral data and monitor progress
* Provide adaptive, social, functional, and community-integration skills training
* Promote independence, learning, and positive social interactions
* Maintain a clean, safe, and nurturing environment
* Participate in team meetings, training, and ongoing development

Qualifications

* High School Diploma or equivalent
* Current RBT certification
* DSP I & II certifications (Title 17)
* CPI(Crisis-Prevention Intervention) certification *We do provide
* ABA experience with task analysis
* Minimum 2 years’ experience supporting adults with developmental disabilities
