* Process all purchase orders for team* Serve as financial systems administrator* Provide customer support for the users of financial systems to ensure accuracy of data and develop training materials (e.g. recordings, quick reference guides, etc.) to facilitate adoption of these systems* Partner with study leads to manage monthly accruals and invoicing* Work with leadership team to forecast and track T&E, congress attendance* Coordinate and tracks issues and works with business to troubleshoot.* Assist in solution design of financial systems based on functional requirements and understanding of finance systems and business* Provides ongoing analytical support to management including preparing budgets and forecasts, and supporting the portfolio review, strategic planning, and budget processes* Conducts monthly reporting and variance analysis and maintains a consistent internal reporting structure within consolidations and production environment* Owns the execution and distribution of monthly management reports and ad hoc reports as required* Design data visualizations and reporting* Assess and implement new data analytics, AI and business intelligence tools to drive capabilities to advance resource modeling and forecasting* BA or BS degree in Business or Accounting.* 4+ years of relevant experience with Hyperion Applications and Oracle ERP* Experience in biotech or pharmaceuticals industry a plus.* Experience in multi-national organization a plus.* Working proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite particularly in Excel and Database structures is required.* General accounting knowledge* Experience with project reporting, operational accounting and reporting a must.* Demonstrate excellence and versatility in undertaking complex and global organizations.* Strong organizational and analytical skills* Must have strong verbal and written communication skills.* Able to work in a deadline driven and multi-task environment.* Excellent interpersonal skills* Create Inclusion – knowing the business value of diverse teams, modeling inclusion, and embedding the value of diversity in the way they manage their teams.* Develop Talent – understand the skills, experience, aspirations, and potential of their employees and coach them on current performance and future potential.
