What to Expect (Job Responsibilities):

• Research and fact-find to develop or modify information systems and system integrations
• Code/configure, unit test, review code, debug, document, and maintain complex software applications
• Lead a medium-sized development team and mentor less experienced developers
• Work collaboratively in a matrixed organization structure at Mercury facilities
• Develop or modify complex application programs using the technology stack at Mercury

What is Required (Qualifications):

• Bachelor’s Degree in information technologies with an emphasis on process design and software development
• 4-5 years directly-related experience
• Experience in developing JAVA/J2EE applications
• Proven experience in developing enterprise-level projects involving cross-departmental teams
• 1-2 years of FICO Blaze/DMP experience

How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):

• 3-5 years of experience in IT
• Java, JDBC, JMS, Spring Framework, XML, SOAP and REST Web Services, JSON, Eclipse, IntelliJ, Application Servers, and Junit skills are required
