* Care Model: 1:3 MD supervision

* Gastroenterology
* Healthy Pediatrics
* Head & Neck
* Thoracic
* Interventional Radiology
* OR coverage only No Labor & Delivery

* Volume: 3 8 cases per day depending on room assignment
* Support: Full support staff available

* Credentialing Timeline: Approximately 12 weeks from completed application
