Responsibilities:

• Requirements Gathering and documentation
• As-Is and To-Be Process documentation
• Gap analysis and future state definition
• Work independently with business and IT teams to gather requirements and manage effective documentation
• Understand processes and identify gaps and areas of improvement
• Work in Agile environments
• Collaborate with onsite and offshore teams
• Leverage experience in the Entertainment/Hospitality industry and understand the end-to-end value chain

Minimum Qualifications:

• 10+ years of Business analysis and process documentation experience
