The Regulatory Intelligence, Safety and Compliance (RISC) team under Trustworthy Shopping Experience (TSE) organization is looking for a Sr. Risk Manager with a strong record and proven program management experience to lead the design and improvement of worldwide selling partner content, communication, and education.

RISC’s mission is to protect customers from products that are unsafe, illegal, illegally marketed, controversial or otherwise in violation of Amazon’s policies while enabling our Selling Partners (SPs) to offer their broadest selection of safe and compliant products.

The ideal candidate will leverage extensive program management experience, analytical rigor, and a keen sense of innovative mindset to lead complex initiatives end to end. They collaborate effectively to develop and publish selling partner communication, establish and execute audit and improvement strategies, and work cross-functionally to enable GenAI solutions that enhance content development, publication processes and the global selling partner experience. They communicate cross-functionally and to leadership on status, risks, and process changes. This role requires a self-driven, autonomous, and proactive individual with effective professional and written English and Chinese communication skills.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and implement mechanisms to improve the development and publication of compliance content, communication and education.
  • Work effectively and collaboratively to develop and publish communication to selling partners.
  • Establish audit strategy and process, and use knowledge to enhance checks and drive new enhancements to provide best-in-class compliance SPX.
  • Partner with cross‑functional program, product, tech, business and policy teams to create a scalable Gen‑AI driven mechanism to create content while upholding SPX.
  • Identify opportunities to automate processes using Amazon’s tools and technology to reduce SP friction, enhance self‑service tools and improve efficiency, engagement and overall SPX.
  • Own day‑to‑day engagement and management of all content partner teams; manage process changes impacting RISC, issue/defect resolution, and correction of errors.
  • Drive content publication process improvement and execution; manage day‑to‑day publication to ensure delivery within SLA, including request prioritization and process custodianship.
  • Own content publication and localization budget, including annual planning and forecasting.
  • Accountable for content publication metrics including approval lead time and publication lead time.
  • Establish content and communication audit process and metrics; execute improvements across all RISC content and communication modalities.

About the Team

We empower Amazon SPs to achieve compliance by creating scalable solutions and enabling self‑service education resources through help pages, multi‑modality education materials, email communication, and dashboard experience.

Basic Qualifications

  • 6+ years of compliance, audit or risk management experience
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office products and applications at an advanced level
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
  • Experience in English‑language communication skills, both written and verbal
  • 5+ years experience in program management

Preferred Qualifications

  • Project Management Professional (PMP) or equivalent certification
  • Experience leveraging technology and implementing lean principles / Six Sigma methodologies to drive process improvements or equivalent
  • Master’s degree or equivalent
