This role is part of J.P. Morgan Wealth Management, focused on driving innovation, growth, and delivering new products and services across the organization. You will serve as a bridge between business development, sales, product, and operations teams to ensure successful rollout and field adoption.
Base Pay Range
$99,750.00 /yr – $165,000.00 /yr

Job Responsibilities
- Execute the implementation of new business development strategies, products, and services to Financial Advisors and Field Leaders in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
- Manage timelines and deliverables for field execution.
- Coordinate and lead training and support for sales and support teams to ensure effective adoption of new technology, practice management, and business development for an Advisor’s practice.
- Monitor progress, identify risks, and resolve issues that arise during implementation.
- Collect and analyze feedback from field teams and clients to inform continuous improvement.
- Foster strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to facilitate successful implementation.
Required Qualifications, Skills, and Capabilities
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in business development, project management, sales management, or implementation roles within financial services.
- Proven track record of managing complex projects and cross‑functional teams.
- Strong organizational, analytical, and problem‑solving skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.
- Knowledge of financial products, services, and regulatory requirements.
- Experience coaching Advisors or a sales team.
- 50% travel required.
Required Licensing
- A valid and active Series 7 license, or the ability to obtain it within 60 days of employment.
- Series 66 (63/65) and life and health insurance licenses, to be obtained within 60 days of starting in the role.
- For those registered after October 1, 2018, a valid and active Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam is required.
