About the Role

The Company is seeking a Head of Supply Chain and Logistics to take full ownership of the end-to-end execution, scalability, resilience, and cost discipline of its supply chain. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that products are manufactured, stored, and delivered reliably, while also safeguarding quality, margins, and growth velocity. This role involves managing relationships with manufacturers, production planning, and batch scheduling, as well as leading the onboarding and qualification of new manufacturing partners. The Head of Supply Chain and Logistics will also be tasked with supplier redundancy and risk mitigation, COGS management, and cost-down work, inventory planning, and optimizing warehousing and shipping processes.

Applicants must have 7-12+ years’ experience in supplements or functional CPG, with a proven track record of owning supply chain at a scaling brand. The role requires a strong operator with commercial judgment, deep experience in CMOs and ingredient suppliers, and a solid background in MOQs and lead-time management. The ideal candidate will be adept at cost-down initiatives, and inventory, warehousing, and fulfillment economics, and will be comfortable building structure without hindering growth. Cross-functional collaboration is also a key aspect of the role, as the Head of Supply Chain and Logistics will be expected to partner closely with product, marketing, and commercial teams to ensure the supply chain aligns with business needs and growth plans.
