Blue Daisy Cafe is looking for skilled, highly passionate, experienced and motivated Lead Line Cook/Chef to join our breakfast/brunch restaurant in Santa Monica.

A qualified Lead Line Cook/Chef will possess a minimum of 4 years cooking experience and skilled in breakfast and brunch who can follow specific direction, motivated to be the best they can be and extremely organized. All the all-star menu items of top brunch spot in Santa Monica will be yours to perfect for our amazing guests.

This position must meet and exceed the expectations of the position. Lead cook will place orders, organize the walk-ins and coolers, manage a daily prep list, and maintain high standards for food quality, safety, and sanitation. Most of all lead cook will be the quarterback of the BOH team at all times…lead by example at all times. Fluent in Spanish is required.
