Requirements:

– High school diploma or equivalent

– 1-2 years of experience in customer service or a related field

– Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

– Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities

– Ability to work independently and in a team environment

– Proficient in using computer systems and software, including Microsoft Office

– Must have a quiet and professional workspace to work remotely

– Availability to work full-time, including evenings and weekends if needed
