What You’ll Do

  • Implement individualized treatment plans developed by the Occupational Therapist
  • Assist residents with therapeutic exercises and activities of daily living
  • Educate residents on adaptive equipment and techniques to maximize independence
  • Facilitate therapeutic activities that improve function and quality of life
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to achieve optimal patient outcomes
  • Complete accurate and timely documentation

Qualifications

  • Current Oregon COTA license or ability to obtain Oregon licensure
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong problem‑solving abilities
  • Skilled nursing or post-acute experience preferred, but not required
