Customer support and inquiry handling
Order processing and data entry
Assisting with internal system operations and maintenance
Coordinating with internal teams and external partners
| Qualifications |
Must be authorized to work in the U.S.
Fluent Japanese/English required
Detail-oriented and organized
Flexible and adaptable to varied tasks
Interest or experience in IT/systems is a plus!
